I have seen IPTRAF being used very nicely to monitor all outgoing web connections in realtime, but cant find any quick filter setups or scripts. Anyone have any ideas?

It has a tab called filter where you can define filters attach them etc. Spend some time playing with it it could be very useful if your looking for something specific.
